XL plastic palletbox – 1200 x 1000 mm – with funnel base and slide valve – on 2 runners

DUO SB3 pallet container with funnel bottom (1200 x 1000 x H 1195 mm - 900 liters). Two standard plastic SB3 pallet boxes stacked on top of each other, with the bottom one equipped with an inserted funnel bottom. The bottom is equipped with a bottom outlet centrally located in the pallet box bottom. In the lower part of the pallet box, a tapered hopper bottom is welded with an opening of 120x120mm (adjustable). This opening is closed by means of a slide valve operated from the short side. Due to the straight, smooth interior of the SB3, dry bulk goods such as granules, seeds, grain, dry animal feed, pellets, and other small components can be dosed and discharged through the slide valve. Thanks to the sloping bottom, the product flows easily outward when the slide valve is opened, eliminating the need for tilting and dumping. The SB3 container is also suitable for use with foodstuffs. This DUO pallet box cannot be used for liquids and moist products unless a plastic liner is used. Max. load capacity per box: 700 kg.
