The swivel wheels have a diameter of 125 mm and are equipped with non-marking rubber treads. As a result, they are shock-resistant, provide good sound insulation, and do not leave marks on the floor. The light blue pallet box has closed side walls and a reinforced bottom. The lower wall panels of the CB1 box are additionally reinforced to prevent collision damage from forklifts. The mobile CB1 pallet box is made of high-quality foamed HDPE plastic, making it particularly strong and impact-resistant. The light blue CB1 pallet box is manufactured in one piece and has three integral pallet runners. Thanks to these runners, the mobile CB1 can be easily tilted with a (forklift) turntable.
